I have rights!

I have been working on getting our house ready to put up for sale. Today was the day we signed the paper's. Now its a waiting game or process to see if any one likes what we liked. I was  planning on down sizing being it was just the two of us.

My oldest grand has asked if she and her boyfriend can move in with us. They are now in Knoxville and she wants to move back home. In seven months I am going to be a great granny.
So of course I said yes, so now to down size or not to down size is the question.

I may wish I had waited on signing those paper....who knows it may not sell and I won't have to worry about it.

I could be greatly shocked. This month I put my Van in the exchange GOT ONE CALL AND SOLD IT.
Then I put my washer in it and sold it.

Got a new one at Lowes, one that is a water saver without the agitator. I don't like it at all.
Can't live with it they are going to have to come and get it. I WANT MY AGITATOR BACK. I WANT ONE THAT DOESN'T LOCK THE LID ON ME, THAT DOESN'T TELL ME HOW MUCH WATER TO USE. This one just wets the clothes doesn't ever cover them in water. Now I ask you how can that clean anything.

Trish, I'm with you on the washing machine. How can it get the clothes clean without moving them around?
Can you get out of the agreement with the realtor if you decide not to sell? I'll be praying that things work out best for all of you.

We got the same new washer and it took me sometime to get along with it. But it is moving in to the new age that I don't like. The world is up side down. Even our children are doing things in reverse order.

Congratulations on being a great grandmother. I think that washing machine would be going back too if it were me. Sounds crazy!

good luck with the sale of the house if that's what you want. :)

washer? I've been there. I hung in there, and I do like mine now. It's a top loader, water save, no agitator. I get my clothes pretty dirty in the shop, and I don't have any complaints. I don't like the lid locking, but like I said, I'm getting use to it.
