This morning we were in the kitchen making biscuits and my Roo's were

right there watching me

Mr Welcome is my newest roo...he was given to me for

Mother's Day by my son Derick and his wife Angie

 I took him off his his stand. To make a better picture.

The cake plate in this picture was a birthday gift from my sister

the roo's behind the cake plate were given to me by MIL

it was from Cracker Barrel. I want you to know that big picture of the Roo hanging on the wall is a rug.

I like the white roses in my Roo pitcher.... he was dressed in blue before... I like him better now..... 

All the Roo's you have seen other than the ones given to me

are all thrifty fines. I love them but not enough to spend big bucks.

Now if I found a big beautiful rooster at a bargain price.

 I would for sure buy it I just won't go to a store and

give there outrageous prices.

Hello Ladies
Been A Long Time, I Hope I Find You All Doing Well
We have gotten most of our things moved.....still like the garage and moving our storage building that my son build us...I hope it can be moved....not sure yet how much trouble it will be cause its set up on blocks not runners.

After the first two days of moving I have been down...... could hardly walk for a few days ....so I haven't gotten a lot done..... my sister that is moving in my other house has moved the rest of my things for me this weekend Doug had to work over the weekend so he wasn't able to do it.......after she finished moving me she moved her self  (with some help) of course she couldn't have done it all.

I have a few pictures of our kitchen before and after to show you.... we still have so much to do and I am going to have our Christmas with our kids and grand kids here on the 19th so I need to get moving better then this old body wants to. I'm pretty sure I have fibromyalgia I had to quit working back in 2003 but my Dr says its my diabetics.....I how ever know the differant in the two pains I have.

Thursday along with a microwave and range hood combination

that we now know is to big and won't fit without we cut out the

cabinets above the stove.....pretty sure I'm not going to do that

Doug would have to do it and he has to much to do now so I

will return it and get a range hood and a new microwave or just use the one you see here

I've set to long here I'm getting stiff need to move around

August 6th Rooster Party

I am looking forward to the unveiling of our roosters as I am sure you all are.......I only have two more new roosters that I haven't already shown....how ever some of you may not have seen then so I'll show some of them again.....this one I got at cracker barrel on our trip to Nashville........

in the night I heard something.....

A Day Late

I slept good last night and got up early (Tuesday) and got ready to go to the heart doctor he said because of my EKG he wants to run  some tests...before he can say what is what I guess....set them up for 4 weeks from now they have to work me in he has a very tight schedule.


Yesterday I posted about my not sleeping the night before and I wasn't going to give in to it and sleep my day away.....well I didn't....hubby and I went and had breakfast then went shopping really just to keep busy....we went to the goodwill in our town nothing new to be had there so we went to another one in the next town......I seen quite a few things I would liked to have... but........the prices....they have gotten outrageous....so I didn't buy any thing there.....then we went to big lots and I found me another rooster I fell in love with it just had to have it....isn't it the cutest.

Then on to the dollar tree where I was going to get'' bunny rabbits'' they had some of the cutest ones... well this store was out of them....but I found this cute little guy...

.....haven't been back to the one in town to see if they still had the bunny's.....Oh well I rather have my rooster anyways.
That was it for me I was ready to get home......boy was I ever ready to take a nap and I did until hubby woke me up to watch dancing with the stars and had my supper waiting for me....no one could ask for better then that.....he is the best.God Bless Trish

Nice day! I did a little housework this morning until my back (screamed) and  we were a little hungry any way so time to take a break....went to Marvin's to eat....then of course I had to stop at the goodwill.....am I glad I did.... never know from one day to the next what you'll fine there.

the plates are 8 inches.... now I just need to get lucky

and find a bargain on some plate hangers......

need to get back to house work....having my grand

daughters a dinner tomorrow night nothing fancy 

going to have some more chickens,,,,,,,,,lol

Hello ladies I have to express my thanks to my followers for they're kind words and visits.
I do wish I had the skills that some of you have...like writing beautifully...decorating....making beautiful quilts....and some can even make they're own furniture...very inspiring blogs.

I had to quit working 7 years ago sold my house and downsized to a smaller house and sold off lots of my things I just didn't have room for....most of what I did keep is still in boxes.

You have inspired me to want to decorate a little more......so I will be digging out what I have to share with you and also what I fine at the goodwill and at yard sales. I still have my collection of hummingbirds to share and my roosters......today I'm sharing these beauty with you.

Picture... sconces.... shelf....vase.... are all Home Interiors I have had for sometime the cups I

found at the goodwill I had broken one of my and found two more to match.

I have posted this vase before with the stones that came from the dollar tree.......

The flowers came from the dollar tree also I think it could use a few more flowers.

I moved my sofa table in the dinning room so I would have a place to display

a few of my fines.
