We went to Knoxville taking a bed on our truck, it looked like rain all the way.
I ask the lord to please not let it rain on my granddaughters bed and he didn't let it.
Thank you Lord!
She has left to go to college.
Sunday was Libby's Fourth Birthday. Her party was Saturday. I didn't get to attend because of the trip. Stopped on the way and left her quilt. I do have photos....
her monster truck
Then Sunday they came down here. I had ask them for Emma's quilt back to redo it so they brought it down.
I made it when she was one year old and quilted it myself. It has not held up so well.
Can you believe the quilting on this....what was I thinking.
I am going to add to it and make it bigger, then take it and have it quilted where I took Libby's.
They should last them a long time quilted this way. I have one quilt I took there twenty years ago and its still in good shape and I wash it often.
Come to think of it I have never shown that quilt. It is a printed double wedding ring.
Another day.

She is so cute! Happy Birthday to Libby! I'm glad it didn't rain on the bed. Can't wait to see what you do to the quilt!
Happy 4th Birthday to Libby!
Libby's pink quilt is so cute. It should be even cuter when you're done what you want with it!
I have two sons you live in Lenoir City. Your area is such a lovely part of Tennessee.
One of our grands is about to start her 2nd yr of college and is moving into an apartment with 2 other girls. It seems amazing that she is that old. :)
Your Libby is adorable.
When my mother made quilts, she always took them to some ladies at church that would do the quilting. They did an amazing job.

HI Trish! Oh, this little ones grown up so fast! Cute little curly head and the quilt is so pretty too. You do keep busy! :) Thanks for popping in to see my homemade dress.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Happy birthday to your gorgeous Libby.
So glad the mattress didn't get wet - the power of prayer.
Thank you for your worthwhile comment on my computer issue - it's great to have input from my blogging pals!
Now it's time I offered up a prayer for help with making this hefty decision. I'll also pray to St Jude (patron Saint of hopeless cases)!
Being retired and on a fixed income I can't afford to make the wrong decision so I need some divine intervention!
hugs
