Alicia's finds at the
50 % off Saturday sell at goodwill ....Alicia and I went and we can home with a lot of stuff.....this is pretty much what she looks for when we go to GW....movies...purses...books....and clothes no clothes this trip but we did find one book and we both wanted to read it.....
now I'll show you her room and some of the other GW finds........we let her pick out the paint that she wanted and she picked out her bedding we gave her as one of her christmas gift
she likes purple..... two walls are painted dark and two are painted light purple the hardwood floors in this house needed redoing......I want to put carpet on them later.....she didn't want carpet on hers so we'll just have to wait and see since she has gone back home now and just comes over on weekends......
when she first came to live with us she needed a place to put her movies and I found this shelf at GW for 4.99. she had to have a VCR to watch them got it for 5 dollars and she wanted this angel lamp it was only 5 dollars.......she has since stop using the shelf for movies it wouldn't hold them anymore....I'll show my GW finds in another post.

Alicia's room is very nice! Her bedding is very pretty, and everything goes so well together.
Great finds on the disney movies and my daughter has the same bedspread.we got it for her after her room flooded.Her fav. color is purple as well and the funny thing is the same paint.I kid you not light puple and the dark on different walls.how funny.lol.the floors are just beautiful.have a great week.blessings michelle

I didn't make it to the 50% off sale but our Goodwill will be having them the first Saturday of every month. I'll definitely be checking them out.
Hi Trish! Those are some awesome GW finds! I haven't found anything good at our GW so I quit going. I do find a lot of great deals at a Thrift Store though. Isn't it great saving!
I love Alicia's room! It's beautiful! Purple is my favorite color too. When I was a kid my dad actually got purple shag carpet for my room. I loved it. I have a purple carpeted room in my house now. Wish I did purple in my bedroom....

You all hit the jackpot at Goodwill... Wish we had one around here... There is one in Gallatin --but we only go through there when we visit George's parents...
