Dining room....

Haven't done much in the way of decorating ...which I'm not any good at anyways
.......unlike some of you very talented ladies.... I have put up a few pictures
in the dining room....its really in the kitchen...the room we were going to use as a dining
room I have kept closed off to keep from heating it....I have also kept the sewing room closed off
for the time we have been here to keep from heating it.....Ladies to be honest with you
the four bedrooms large kitchen, living room and two baths are quite enough for me
right now to heat and clean.....the sewing room is serving its purpose it is holding all my things I
have no room for in the rest of the house....keeps me from being crowded like I was in the other house
my plans are to open it up when we sale the other house and get the cost of two houses
off us......
the picture is really no uneven as it looks on the wall ...just me..lol
I need to find a shelf to go here the one I had used before I used in the living
room....one of these days I'll put up curtains when I find some that speak to me..
I don't think they need to be green a little to much of that already.
Good day ladies have a good one
God Bless Trish

I can understand trying to keep heating costs down. I love the color of your dining room wall and the tablecloth. Had to laugh at your comment about you being off instead of the picture. I have scoliosis (curvature of the spine) and my pictures always come out looking like everything is slightly tilted.

Gorgeous dining room... Looks like that table is just calling for some good food, some friends and family, and lots of fellowship....

We have LOTS of snow up here this morning. Glad we don't have to get out!!!! It's pretty and the birds are feasting at the feeders and bath.

Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy

O, believe me, I understand doing ANYthing to help cut costs. Being on a Social Security budget, Mr. Sweet and I try all the time to come up with ways to save money.
One huge savings was when we decided we didn't need 2 vehicles any longer. That cut down on gas, insurance, upkeep on 2 cars...the best thing we've done in a long time.

Your dining room is pretty.

Hi Trish! Your dining room looks so nice! It's great you can close off rooms to keep the heat in! Seems like you're getting things in order.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Very pretty colors. I am not into decorating either. I wish I had a knack for it but I don't. You did a good job.

We are thinking of shuting off our upstairs bedrooms and also paying for two houses. Ugh!! I'll be so glad when life becomes less complicated. Stay warm!
