A Year Older Today

Sunday I got a call to come and eat chicken stew  for my birthday.....Regina was cooking the stew at Martha's house and Debbie, Mary, and Mama was coming to eat with us Martha got me a blunt cake pan with cake plate it was really nice beside making the stew Regina got me a pretty card....Ruby wasn't able to make it all the rest of the girls were there including my granddaughter and three nieces......we enjoyed it everyone wanted to go over and see our new house....so we did that.

Today I didn't to anything but sit home and rest I have been overdoing these last weeks and my body doesn't like it.....I have diabetic Neuropathty and my left foot is hard to walk on so I'm staying off it for now. Doug never did go to the Dr....his leg is still hurting some but he hasn't let it stop him so I guess he's ok.

Doug got a pizza for supper and he and Alicia went to the store and got the stuff to fix me a chesse cake and she made it tonight.....so I had a good Birthday.......

I had Alicia make this picture Sunday when we were at Martha's eating Stew.......I'm the one on the right Mary is in the middle she is the one that has cancer...Martha is on the left and my Mom setting down everyone else was already gone........

Ruby called to wish me a Happy Birthday...as did Ashley my granddaughter and my good    friend Luci send me a card and called me today. Wishing you all a good week.
When you go to the lord in pray put in a good word for us.
                                                                  God Bless Trish

A belated happy birthday to you. I'm glad you were able to spend time with the family. Sometimes that's the best gift of all. Sorry you're not feeling well. Doug sounds as ornery about going to the doctor as my husband. We've been married almost 40 years and he's been to the doctor five times. I'm still praying for the family.
