Host Of Christmas Past

Host Of Christmas Past is a yearly to do in our little town and it was this Saturday and Sunday. Alicia my granddaughter participated in it this year helping out her art teacher along with a group of her classmates...they were dressed like elf's.

I took her and dropped her off she has to be there at twelve and it was supposed to have lasted until three...I say dropped her off because it was a mad house there was no parking so I had no choice which I didn't like doing....her dad was going to pick her up at three and I was going to the new house (which is really a old house) but new to us to do some cleaning.....well that didn't happen.

A little anxiety set in I'm sure you all can relate to this.....we also have a craft show at the high school....I always go but I was going to past on it Saturday and go clean.....well when I got to the high school I was in the right hand lane and there was a wreck in all this traffic.... I had to wait to get over or go in the school parking lot which I did...... so I changed my plans.

I parked and call Alicia to be sure she was ok and then took in the craft show.  I made pictures but will post them in another post.

I remembered her asking me if I was going to make a picture of her and I didn't get to do that......so I  went back into town and rode around and around to fine a parking place.......finally found one long walk.....when I got there they were already done and it was only one thirty.....they had already ran out of supplies and was cleaning up and she had changed clothes.....oh well.

I said to her do you want me to take a picture and she put her outfit back on and the teacher had forgotten  to take pictures.........so what few kids still had on they're suits got in the pictures.........
