Searching the web for a quilt chart, Crazy Mom Quilts came up. What a nice chart. I want to keep it handy by sharing it, you can also benefit from it.
I had started a small baby quilt with appliqué cats on it. Wasn't to sure about giving it to the baby, my piece of mind was at stake.
You can view that post here if you would like.
I will finish it LATER for a wall hanging.
For the twin size, going simple, just buying the fabric and quilting it. I was looking for bunnies when I found this. Years from now Lily will never know that Great Granny was looking for bunnies because of Easter.
Bordering it with the pink and white. Laid it out to measure. Will iron it.
LET ME ASK A FAVORITE!
As sure as I am about the quilt fabric.
I am not sure about this fabric.
I picked it out for a Valance
for my kitchen. It's a beautiful piece.
I hung it up on a tension rod to see what I thought.
What I want to know is what you think... please tell it like it is.
First I was going with a black and white check then I found this.
This fabric is more me... however not sure its for the kitchen.
Its just hanging ...no sewn yet.
Hubby just now ask me to set this out.
He likes his soft.
Think I'll have some too.
I am eating mine as I type. Hubby is back for more.
So so good!

Gosh, Trish, I think it'a a matter of how you decorate your kitchen as to if that fabric would work as a valance. To me, I would expect to see that pattern in a living room or den but I can see the possibilities in the kitchen. It is a pretty pattern. The pink hearts are so pretty. I like them better than I would bunnies. Have a blessed day.
Love the quilt and the valance! That dessert looks so good! Yum!
I love the pattern of your valance. Yes the ice cream and whipped topping sounds delicious!
