My Quilt

What is going on you say... lots and lots. I have been lost in action.

My Aunt is making this quilt. I cut out all the pieces for her.
I have now been told that it going to be gifted to me.

Just had to share it. I love it! I do have to quilt it or have it quilted.
I made the photo this evening, she came over to see how it was going to fit my bed.

I have a king, she was making a queen, so had to make a few changes
wanted to see how it was going to fit.

We have been given bad news, my sister that has the colon cancer
has been given one to two months to live.
She still tells them they don't know how long she has, only the lord
knows that.

This is a beauty...it is one I have been wanting to make for a while....

Sorry about your sister. And she is right...only the Lord knows.

My brother had a brain tumor 9 years ago....it was cancer....they told him he only had 6-12 months to live....he is alive and well today...goes in for a scan every year just to keep an eye out for change.

His doctor calls him a walking miracle.
