Finally I have gotten around to redoing Emma's quilt. You can see it here. I gave it to her on her First Birthday.
She is six now and has out grown her small quilt. I have taken out the quilting that I didn't do such a great job on.
I am adding to the size by adding borders a pink one then a light green one and will have it quilted where I took Libby's Quilt here.
I tried ironing some of the wrinkles out, as you can see they don't want to come out.
I think it won't be a problem when its quilted again....at lease I am hoping not.
In this photo you can see how much longer it is going to be.
Making it big enough for a full size bed.

I know she loves her quilt and happy you can make it larger.
Doing my blocks I didn't know how much pink I had. A Lot!
Very sweet of you to do that.
how wonderful that the first quilt was so loved... and that you're repurposing it into a new quilt!

Trish, sorry I've been an age coming over to see you. Re brussel sprouts - they are a revelation used raw (thinly sliced) and in stir fries. Give it a go! Cheers
This is quilt that your grand daughter will just keep on cherishing. How nice you are able to do this for her! Have a lovely day.
What an amazingly wonderful thing to do for your granddaughter. It's a beautiful quilt & it's so sweet of you to make it bigger for her.
