Today's Menu

Hello Everyone. What was on today's menu.
Pork Chops, Cream Potato's, Purple Hull Peas
From my garden. Love these peas.
Hubby works nights and seldom gets a good home
cooked meal. I do cook sometimes during  the week and he takes
it to work, while he was out side working
I decided to cook.
Made homemade biscuit.

For dessert his favorite
Banana Pudding

He was working on my rose bed in front of the house.

It seems that when I get ready to cook
there is never any milk or I should say good milk
because it doesn't get used until it already bad
around here. So I decided to buy dried milk
and today was my first time using it. It worked fine
in my potato's, biscuits and banana pudding
and it was skim milk....I didn't know this when I
got it but it worked great and saved me a few calories.

Menu sounds delicious and now I am hungry. I use powder milk quite often cause same thing here, it goes bad and we don't use it, powder milk comes in very handy. I drink rice milk cause regular milk and I don't get along, have you tried it? It last much longer than milk. Thank you for your sweet visit. Hugs, Lu

Everything looked really good! I have bought the powdered milk for emergencies. I need to get some more because mine is now out of date. There is a lot of debate as to whether or not I could still use it or not but I'd rather be safe and just buy some more.

Hi Trish! Oh, this looks so good! Love me some pork chops and purple hull peas! My aunt in Alabama always grows these and freezes them - oh, I could eat the entire bag! :)
