We had company

My Granddaughter...next to the youngest
We had company today, while her daddy and Pa Pa worked on our metal roof Jess stayed inside with me.  She likes playing  Dora games on the Internet...so that is what she did while I sat and clipped coupons.

When she tired of this she put my paper that I was cutting off into a bag for me to recycle. She ask me why you recycle. I told her for you. Of course she has no idea as most grown up have no idea why...cause if the did they would not be filling up the land fills with things that can be reused.

Then we hear Pa Pa calling Jesse to come here. There was a deer outside in the back yard he wanted her to see. He came in and got his new camera and took pictures.

Abby was the one that saw the deer first Pa Pa was in the front yard and heard her having a barking fit and went to the back and saw the reason....he said the deer was just looking at her.

The other day I was outside and Abby was with me, she starting barking and running around the house, I didn't know what was going on and I'm to old to run by the time I got around the house, she had chased a big dog out of our yard....three times her size....I was screaming for her to stop. I just knew that dog was going to turn on her I couldn't have gotten to her in time to saved my life.

I said to Pa Pa that deer was looking straight at you....he said he whistled and it turned around.

Then I went  to make me and Jess lunch. I had a plate I had made from the night before with dressing and ham, deviled eggs, peas cranberry salad, potato salad. I was going to make us a plate out of it and heat it up....she looked at it and said yuck that's don't look good..lol.. so I made Jess a grilled cheese for lunch. I did ask but no one else wanted lunch.

I gave her the necklace she has on. It had never been worn since the day I got it. Her daddy said she would wear it all the time. I usually go to her House when I keep her this is the second time she has stayed with me at home....they like for her to be home so she can play.....it does make it easier on her.

Hi, Trish,
Thanks for your comments and insights to my questions. I really appreciate it. I try to not let Blogging put any pressure on me, but I have to admit, sometimes it does a little.
Grandkids are fun, aren't they? I had my two for two nights.

Jess is adorable and I know she had fun at your house, our grandchildren always enjoyed days at our house.
We are blessed too with deer coming nearby.
Thanks for sharing, and thank you for visiting me, and for taking the time to leave me a comment.
