Today is my youngest son's Birthday....me and Alicia went and ate with them he cooked out hamburgers and hot dogs and Angie had him a ice cream cake..
I stopped to get Alicia some Krystal ....well I got myself some too......the sky looked a bit scary so I parked and took a few pictures.....it did wait until I got home to hit....it was one of those electrical storms.....it's calmed a little.... while I am setting here writing and eating......
it didn't turn out to be as bad as it looked.

Looks like you had a big storm.... We have had a few sprinkles up here---but nothing much.. Seems like we always get skipped when it come to the rain. After all of the rain that many areas near here had last week, we only got about 2 inches... BUT--I don't want any severe stuff!!!! So--I'd better quit complaining.

Your pictures of the sky are beautiful.
It rained here night before last, a slow gentle rain which resulted in cooler temperature yesterday. The high was only in the low 80s which was wonderful compared to the past several weeks.
Your son is quite a fine looking guy. Looks like he was ready to dive into that cake. Glad you were able to spend time with him on his birthday.
