While using it I typed in my blog address because I didn't have it saved. Got quite a shock......my home page showed up on pinterest and lots of my photos were on there under other peoples pinterest mostly what I could see were quilts. I have never had a pinterest account myself.
I have typed this same info into my computer I use all the time, none of this info about my blog has ever shown up. Strange.....to say the lease. I have it set to not be in the web searches.
So all I can figure is that the photos have been copied. I know I don't a copy right on the blog, never thought of it before, now I have...... to late.
What to do. Nothing I can do is there.

Trish,
That's not a bad thing. If you saw pictures of your quilts on Pinterest, that's a good thing. That means that a visitor to your blog loved your quilt enough to "pin" it and share it with others.
They didn't steal your picture, they shared it. When someone else sees that picture, they click on it, and that brings them to your blog to see your blog post about THAT picture.
I hope that settles your fears a little.

Wow, Trish, that is strange. I didn't think you could pin on your Pinterest account unless the cursor prompted you with "pin it" - but then I don't really do much with my account.
As Gail said, you could take it as a complement that someone loved your quilt enough to want to share it.
Almost all pictures on all blogs, if you move your mouse over them, will have a "Pin It" button on them. They didn't steal your picture, they liked it and wanted to have it in their Pinterest account for reference. We can pin from anyone's blog!
