The Baby Shower was just great. We all enjoyed our time. I got to met the baby's granny to be. She was a big cut up, kept the whole place laughing.
Mom to be wore blue as did I.
Daddy and Granny wore pink.
We would all fine out what it was to be when the cake was cut.
The pink icing in the middle tells the story of a baby girl.
One happy couple. Granny was so happy she was in tears.
My granddaughter Emma won the prize for getting the most
clothes pins. Any one that said baby lost a pin.
She did good.
I have to show you my other grand baby.
Mom to be is my oldest grand child. By my oldest son.
Libby is my Youngest.
these two little darling girls are my youngest son's.
Libby kept coming over periodically asking me what kind of shower is this.
The last time. I said after she has gone and sit down. I WAS laughing saying to everyone
what she was doing and she wasn't going to make me say baby. Oh what did
I just say.
She make me do it after all.
Everyone a got a kick out of that.

That cake is beautiful, I had never attended any baby shower. My culture doesn't do baby shower... May be it's something we can start introducing now that birth rate is too low in my hometown...Any pregnancy is good news to our city.
