I searched on Google for a recipe without milk and found that cream cheese and water mixed would make a substitute. It worked just fine.
I asked him to cut back on the sugar so I could eat one or two. He put one and a half cups instead of two....didn't hurt them a bit.
I liked these better...
he ate one....
You see the big one on the right I ate it!
See I told you he loves these cookies.

I've made those cookies before and they are great! I didn't know about the cream cheese though. Good for you, eating that big one!

I love no bake cookies! I've been making them for years! I had no idea you could use cream cheese for a milk substitute! That's good to know! My recipe only calls for a 1/4 cup of milk and I always only use 1 1/2 cups of sugar. 2 cups is just way too sweet. My mom made them all the time when she was pregnant with me. Here's the link to my recipe for no bake cookies if you want to try them the way I make them. http://wvtreasures.blogspot.com/2009/07/no-bake-cookies.html I just made a batch for Valentine's Day.

They look yummy! Wish my husband baked. By the way, I like the owls in your background, too.
Yummmmmmmmmmm....
Oh no, not another give away. I am so lazy and never did a give away. So I just feel guilty, when anyone does one. And I never enter, because I'd really feel guilty, if I won.
That's me....... You enjoy your give away. And your Dear Readers will too. I'll just be me.
I've never tried no bake cookies. I think I will. And I didn't know a substitute for milk in baking, thanks!
Susan
