Abby & Quilting Magazine

Our little dog Abby was having a problem with her ears ...are so we thought...Hubby took her to the vet last Thursday. I ask him to see what they said about her bad breath. I have been brushing her teeth ...has done nothing for her breath.

Well they said she needed her teeth cleaned. She would have to be put to sleep to do this so hubby decided to have her spaded to....
...she got her nails cut and her shots to.

He took her back Friday morning and they did all this while she was asleep. They didn't find anything wrong with her ears they were clear....she is still doing the same thing scratching them way to much so I feel there is something wrong but don't know what to do about it....I'm hoping its just dryness so I am running the humidifier.

She stayed over night and came home Saturday now she has to go back Saturday to get the stitches out. This morning she sounded like she was going to choke she was making such a noise I thing she has gotten this head cold I have had for a week now I sure hope not.... do you thing she could catch a cold from humans or maybe its something from the vets. What do you dog owner thing.

I have been looking for this quilting magazine for a while now......

with no luck on eBay. I would like a copy and would love to buy one if you have one and will part with it. Let me know what you would ask for it by emailing me....my email is at the top of my blog.
Thanks Trish

Oh sorry about the doggie issues. Also sorry, but I know nothing of doggies. But perhaps other Dear Readers will have an answer for you.

Yes, I am going to go along with my Dear Readers, who are saying, it's a Blogger Issue. :-) Thank you, all who said this to me. :-)

Sorry Abby's been having problems. It's hard to see the pets not feeling well because they can't tell you what's wrong.
I hope she'll be feeling better soon.
I hope you can find the magazine! :)

Sorry about Abby's problems. Let me tell you about my daughters dog Charlie. He was put on a diet of duck & potatoe years ago. He has food allergies. Sometimes he sneaks our Skye's food and you will see him scratching at his ears and shaking his head! Just a thought.

Abby is a little doll. I have cats now but have always had dogs and used to have a dog with ear issues also, but vet gave us a medication for them and she stopped scratching...so good luck with that. Thank you for visiting. Hugs...Lu

Glad doggie is ok. My family wants a little chihuahua so badly. I'm on the fence. I've heard they are hyper?

It sounds like your little dog might have ear mites. You can put some mineral oil or olive oil in her ears (just a couple of drops) and rub the outside so it goes down further. The oil suffocates the mites and soothes the ears so the dog or cat doesnt feel so itchy there.
