Ashley's Quilt

My next quilt was Ashley's Quilt. She is next to the oldest granddaughter. I had to come up with a pattern on my own for this one as the multicolored blocks were already cut and I had only enough to make these six blocks.

  I still used scrapes except the red which I already had and I got the blue at my fabric store in town at the low price of fourty nine cents a yard and the backing was fourty nine cents a yard.

 For the batting I used flannel sheets. That worked good when I decided to tye this one. She liked it. Now she is wanting a t-shirt quilt.That will have to wait a while as she will have to save then.God Bless
