Alicia's First Quilt

This love of using needle and thread to create something must be inherited.My mother and all her sister's were taught to quilt at home and some are still quilting.I have inherited the bug and I think my grand daughter may have.Using the fabric she already had she wanted me to help her learn to sew. A couple of evening and she had a top made.She still has to put borders around it.She said if it turned out ok I could share it on my blog, well I for one think it turned out great. She liked my machine because it has a quarter inch quilting foot and any one that has used one knows that you can't go back to the guessing game, at least I can't. God Bless
